Multiple witnesses reported barley conditions that show the Barley will be sufficiently ready according to my beliefs for the next new moon to be considered the first month of the year. My interpretation of just this one single link from AbibofGod.com is that it’s enough information for me to say the Barley is developed enough according to my beliefs to declare the next month is the month of HaAviv. I consider these findings from John and Brian as sufficient to establish the next new moon is HaAviv – which means it will be the first month of the next Biblical year!
