- 1 Definite Witness 6:13 alone, then a second possible witness 6:30 came with them to another location but the second witness could only see a probable sighting behind a cloud but the first witness was more sure – 2022-02-02 @ 6:13 (1 alone) 6:30 (1 definite – same as other 1 & 1 probable) PM EST – USA – Near Washington, DC
