I remember seeing a documentary one time showing the big caverns used to store the grain believed to have been used by Yoseph in Mitsrayim (Egypt). If someone searched the internet they can see what evidence is shown. One example is http://creationwiki.org/Joseph_and_Imhotep which has a picture of one of the deep caverns believed to have been used to store grain, etc..
As I read this, and see the fear and emotions going between the brothers and Ya'aqov during the events before they knew it was Yoseph, it just makes me think of how this whole time Yahweh had a plan of good for them all. It can be so hard for us when we don't know how things are going to work out. May Yahweh help us to just trust in Him, that He has a good plan for us, and not be afraid.
It is amazing to see how Yoseph attributed him being sent to Mitsrayim to Yahweh in Genesis 45:8. This just shows the faith in Yahweh and the recognition that this was all just a part of Yahweh‘s plan for the better of all. May Yahweh help us to just trust in Him and know that all things are working for the better of all of us His children, even if it means we must go through periods of bondage or trials or struggles or pain.
