What Happens If Someone Didn’t Get Baptized?

Most of the time when people ask questions like this, they’re wanting someone to either give or not give a judgmental type of statement and/or they are misunderstanding what the Bible teaches or missing a part of what it teaches. We are not the judge and we need mercy so we’re going to be very cautious to not make judgmental statements. We are saved by faith through grace, not of works, that no man should boast (Ephesians 2:8-9). Also, don’t forget that the Son of Adam possesses authority to forgive sins. Read Matthew 9:6, Mark 2:10, and Luke 5:24 - what do you see in those verses? All it takes for someone to be forgiven is that Yahushua says they are forgiven - because Yahushua has that special authority and He can choose to forgive whoever He wants to choose to forgive - it’s completely up to Him. It’s not for any of us to act like we’re the judge, because Yahushua is the judge of the Living and the Dead (Acts 10:42). So all it takes is for Yahushua to say you’re forgiven, and you’re forgiven - period. We should definitely get baptized, but we are not the judge. Since we believe in the Scriptures and baptism is commanded, as obedient children, we want to obey what is commanded and show that we are making a conscious decision to follow Yahushua, that we believe in Him, and are giving our lives to Him. Baptism is, after all, "the answer of a good conscience toward Elohiym" (1 Peter 3:21). So it is absolutely certain we should definitely get baptized.
John 3:5 Yahushua answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he is unable to enter into the reign of Elohiym." Mark 16:16 "He who has believed and has been immersed, shall be saved, but he who has not believed shall be condemned." 1 Peter 3:21 which figure now also saves us: immersion - not a putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward Elohiym - through the resurrection of Yahushua Anointed,
